Terms of Service
Since we all skip the fine print on agreements, here is a breakdown of the highlights.

Cancellation
Life happens, but there is a lot of prep that goes into creating your perfect gallery. Should you need to cancel your session, please notify your photographer at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit.

Use of Content
Photographers can only promote themselves by displaying their work. All photos taken by Blue Hour Photography may be used on social media or in any other marketing content. Please inform us if you want to opt out of any marketing content or social media sharing. For the special moments you want to keep to yourself, a lock-in time can be set on your gallery before it can be released for use by Blue Hour Photography marketing. Clients under the age of 18 will require written consent from a parent or guardian to be displayed in marketing or social media content.

Our under 18's
The safety of our younger clients is the highest priority. All clients under the age of 18 who partake in a session will require the written consent of a parent or guardian. Consent will also be required for the use of media containing any under age clients.

Deposits
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. Once your photo gallery has been released, the remainder of the total session amount will be due.
